1. Services Offered

GG Windows and Doors provides:

  • Supply and installation of premium European aluminum windows and doors

  • Product consultation and quotations

  • Custom design solutions for residential and commercial projects

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Pricing may change due to fluctuations in material costs or additional client requirements.

  • A deposit is required before any order is placed or services scheduled.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders and Cancellations

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If a cancellation is requested before manufacturing, you may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and restocking costs.

4. Installation Terms

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring job sites are accessible and safe for installation crews.

  • GG Windows and Doors is not liable for delays due to weather, permit issues, or other external factors beyond our control.

  • We will always aim to complete projects within agreed timelines but do not guarantee exact installation dates.

5. Warranties

  • Our windows and doors come with manufacturer warranties, typically covering hardware, glass, and frame components.

  • Installation workmanship is covered under a separate 2-year warranty, starting from the date of installation.

  • Warranty is void if products are tampered with, misused, or installed by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • GG Windows and Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and store your personal information (e.g., name, address, contact details) solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.”
